        When I first started dating my future wife, Mari, I knew that one day she would be the one. I have never loved someone as much as I love her, and ever since the day I met her, I have always wanted to make her my wife. Eventually I did, but before that we dated for awhile. Nostalgically, I remember the day I first went to her house and met her family.
        As I walked into Mari's house, I was greeted by her loving parents Carmen and Guillermo. They showed me around their amazing house, and made lunch for me. While they were cooking, Mari's little sister, Sofia, introduced me to her small pet hamster. I would always joke about forgetting its name. In reality, she named it Einstein, because she thought it was a very smart hamster. I would always call it by another name. For example, sometimes I would say: "So Sofia, how is Richard, your pet hamster?" It took Sofia a few times of that to understand I was just having fun with her and her pet hamster, but she always laughed when I would do that with her. Looking back on all of those great times, I am so happy that I have such a wonderful wife, and a fantastic second family.
